Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days but varies based on shipping destination.
WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (United States, Mexico, Vietnam and more). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to get your products to you as soon as possible. This means orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once - they are on the way!
Unsatisfied with your order? We'll gladly provide a refund as Witty is committed to nothing short of delivering excellent products that fit your needs.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within 10 business days of the item being delivered and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Depending on the size of the return Witty does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee. Refunds are not processed until returned item is received by the Witty office and checked for damages and refund approval - this typically takes 1-3 business days within the returned item being received by Witty. Orders older than 30 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
